We may collect some or all of  the following information on either our website, text messages, Facebook messages, emails, phone calls or when you meet your instructor for the first time:-

• Proof and details of Provisional Driving License 

No financial information about our customers will be collected in any forms.

How your personal data is used

Customer Data is used to telephone, text and email. This will allow Swish Driving School to ensure that you are fully aware of the terms and conditions of the driving school, booking confirmation and any other information deemed necessary to fulfil your contract.

Dashcams may be used to enhance your training experience. The data and footage captured may also be used as evidence in the event of an insurance claim or police investigation.

Upon the successful passing of your practical driving test, with your consent a photograph may be taken and placed on Swish Driving School website and social media such as Facebook, etc for marketing purposes. It is your absolute right to refuse or consent to having a photo taken and for its use as part of our marketing strategy.

We respect your privacy at all times. Your information will never be disclosed or shared with others without your consent, unless required to do so by law.

When your information will be used

Information collected from customers will only be used for the period of time that you use Swish Driving School in Bristol.

your personal data will be retained for as long as necessary to provide you with any required services, and as necessary to comply with any legal obligations.

Customer data is stored on password protected mobile phones and computers with the latest security updates and anti-virus software. Paper diaries are also used to keep some relevant data and stored securely.

• To make updates / amendments to this information if it is incorrect
• To request that part of the information stored is deleted
• To request that all the information stored is deleted
